航次租船合同（程租）：在海运中，承租人按“某一航次/某一批货物的运输任务”租用船舶（或其载货空间）的合同。通常以运送特定货物从装货港到卸货港为目的，费用常按运费率（freight）或总价计，并会约定装卸时间（laytime）与滞期费（demurrage）等条款。（区别于按时间租船的 time charter。）

Under the voyage charter, the owner must present the vessel on time, while the charterer is responsible for providing cargo and may pay demurrage if loading exceeds laytime.
在航次租船合同下，船东必须按时提供船舶，而承租人负责备妥货物；如果装货超过约定装卸时间，承租人可能需要支付滞期费。
voyage 源自古法语 voiage（旅行、航行），进一步可追溯到拉丁语 via（道路）。charter 源自拉丁语 charta（纸张、文书），经古法语进入英语，含义发展为“具有法律效力的书面契约”。合在一起，voyage charter 就是“针对某一航次的书面租船契约”。
